Core Settings
The General Settings section allows users to manage key configuration details about their chatbot. Users can view and update important information such as chatbot ID, subscription plan, usage limits, and AI provider.
Chatbot ID

Subscription Plan
Users can choose between the following subscription plans. Each plan has predefined monthly usage limits for messages and tokens.

Users can select and update the AI provider powering their chatbot. Supported providers include:

Update AI Provider
- Navigate to the AI provider settings to switch between available providers.
