Usage
The Usage page shows where your credits went: how many you used in the last 30 days, on what kind of work, by which agent and on which day. Use it to find the agent or automation that uses the most, or to check that a change made things cheaper.
Open it in Settings → Usage. Only admins and owners can see it; other members see "Only admins can change workspace settings."
What the page shows
Credits used
The top card shows the total: Credits used, {from} – {to}, for example "Credits used, 2026-09-27 – 2026-10-26". The range is the last 30 days, today included, in the time zone of the browser you're using.
By kind
Credits per kind of work, largest first:
| Kind | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Copilot | Building and changing agents with the Copilot. |
| Agent replies | Your agents' replies to customers on every channel and through the Sessions API. |
| Test conversations | The Test panel and the Copilot's tests. |
| Automations | Automation runs that used a model. |
| Records and analytics | Filling records after conversations and analysing finished conversations. |
| Knowledge | Reading and indexing new knowledge sources. |
By agent
Credits per agent, largest first. This is the per-agent view: it tells you which agent costs the most to build and run.
Only charges linked to an agent appear here. If some work isn't tied to one agent, it counts in the total and By kind, but not under By agent, so this list can add up to a little less than the total. An agent you deleted can still show here with its id instead of its name, because the credit history is kept for the workspace.
By day
One bar per day that had charges, from oldest to newest, scaled to the busiest day. Days with no charges don't show.
What counts
- Only charges count. Credits added to your balance (like the free starting credits) and corrections are not usage.
- Totals are shown in whole credits, rounded up.
- Charges are counted on the day they happened.
Charges are counted as the work happens, so a busy automation or a long Copilot session shows up the same day.
Usage, balance and history: which one to use
| Question | Where to look |
|---|---|
| How many credits do I have left? | Settings → Plan & credits or the balance at the bottom of the sidebar |
| How much did we use this calendar month? | Used this month in Plan & credits |
| What exactly was charged, one by one? | History in Plan & credits (admins) |
| Which agent or kind of work uses the most? | Settings → Usage (admins) |
The Used this month card counts from the 1st in your workspace time zone. The Usage page counts the last 30 days in your browser's time zone. The two numbers measure different periods, so they usually differ.
Lower your usage
- Automations: let a Function check first and use the model only when something changed. Lower an automation's daily limits if it runs more than you need.
- Model choice: a smaller model answers simple questions for fewer credits. See Model and behavior.
- Knowledge: add sources once. Every new source is read and indexed, which uses credits.
- Copilot: give it clear, complete requests so it needs fewer turns.
