Workspace settings

Settings holds everything that applies to the whole workspace rather than to one agent: its name and language, your plan and credits, your team, API keys, secrets, business hours, variables and usage. Open it from Settings in the sidebar. Settings for a single agent, like its model or channels, live in that agent's pages instead.

On a wide screen the sections are a menu on the left; on a narrow screen they're tabs you can scroll sideways.

Workspace

"Your workspace's name and language."

SettingWhat it doesDefault
Workspace nameThe name shown in Peki, in the workspace switcher and in invitation emails. Also available to instructions as {{business.name}}. Up to 80 characters. The name you gave when creating it
Default languageEnglish or Türkçe. Used for texts the agent writes before it knows the customer's language, and for invitation emails.Chosen when the workspace was created

Click Save after a change. Members who aren't admins see "Only admins can change workspace settings."

The Members row below it is a shortcut to Members.

Delete the workspace

Owners see Delete workspace at the bottom. It "permanently deletes this workspace and everything in it: agents, conversations, customers, knowledge, channels, automations, secrets and API keys. This can't be undone."

  1. Click Delete workspace.
  2. Type the workspace's exact name to confirm.
  3. Click Delete workspace again.

Right away its agents stop answering, its channels and API keys stop working, and all of its data is deleted for every member. Peki then moves you to another workspace you belong to, or to creating a new one. For exactly what is erased, see Data and privacy.

warning

There is no undo and no trash. If you only want to stop one agent, delete that agent instead (Delete agent in the agent's menu, admins and owners).

Plan & credits

"Your plan, credits and what used them." Shows your Plan, Credits balance and Used this month, the Packages (Coming soon, with Contact us), how credits work and, for admins, the History. See Plans and credits.

Members

"Who can work in this workspace and what they can do." Invite people by email, choose their role, change roles and remove people. See Members and roles.

API keys

"Call the Peki API from your own systems." Create Read only or Read and write keys, see when each was last used, and Revoke them. Admins only. See API keys.

Secrets

"API keys your tools use. Stored encrypted; only the last four characters are ever shown."

These are the keys for your systems, like your shop's order API, that your agents' HTTP tools and Functions send with their requests. Editors and up can open this section; others see "Only editors and admins can see this."

Secrets are grouped by agent: every key belongs to exactly one agent, and only that agent's tools can use it.

Add a secret

  1. Choose the Agent the key is for.
  2. Enter the Key name, for example "ShopX API". Up to 80 characters, unique per agent.
  3. Paste the key (at least 4 characters).
  4. Enter the Allowed sites: the host names the key may be sent to, like api.yourshop.com, or *.yourshop.com for all subdomains. Up to 10, separated by commas or spaces. If you paste a full address like https://api.yourshop.com/v1, Peki keeps only the host name.
  5. Click Save key.

After saving, only the last four characters show (····a1B2). Nobody can read the full value back, not even admins.

Each secret shows

ItemMeaning
Name and ···· last fourWhich key it is.
Sent only toThe allowed sites. The key is never sent anywhere else.
Change sitesAdmins only. Changes where the key may be sent.
RemoveAdmins only. "Tools that use this key will fail until you choose another one."

Unassigned secrets

Keys saved before keys belonged to an agent show under Unassigned: "No tool can use them until an admin assigns them." An admin picks the agent with Assign to…. A key that already belongs to an agent can't be moved to another one; add it again for the other agent instead.

A key with no allowed site isn't sent anywhere until an admin adds one.

More about using secrets in tools: Variables and secrets.

Business hours

"Blocks set to "outside business hours" and the agent's date/time awareness use these windows." Set the Timezone and one opening window per day. Admins only. See Business hours.

Variables

"Use {{name}} in prompt blocks. Change a value here and every agent uses it right away — no publish needed."
