Accounts and workspaces
Your Peki account is you, identified by your email address. A workspace is where your agents, channels, team and credits live. One account can belong to many workspaces. This page covers signing in, early access, your first workspace, switching between workspaces, roles, and your language and theme.
Signing in
Go to peki.ai. There are no passwords. You sign in in one of two ways.
With an email link
- Type your work email under Work email.
- Click Email me a sign-in link.
- Peki shows Check your inbox. Open the email "Your Peki sign-in link" and click the link.
- You're signed in.
About the link:
- It works once and expires in 15 minutes.
- The email is sent in the language you're using on the sign-in page (English or Turkish).
- Peki shows Check your inbox for any valid address, whether or not an account exists for it.
- You can request up to 5 links per email address per hour, and up to 20 links per network per hour. After that you see "Too many sign-in links requested, try again later". Wait an hour, or sign in with Google.
- If the link was already used or has expired, you see This link is invalid or has expired. Click Back to sign in and request a new one.
- Didn't get it? Check your spam folder, check the address for typos, and use Use another email to try again.
If email sign-in isn't available, the sign-in page offers Google only and an email request returns "Email sign-in is not available yet. Continue with Google."
With Google
Click the Google button and choose your account. Peki uses your Google name and picture.
Your account is tied to your email address, so you can use either method for the same account. A few rules keep accounts safe:
- If Google can't confirm that it owns the email address (for example some Google accounts made with a non-Gmail address), Peki asks you to use the email link: "Use the email sign-in link for this address".
- Once an account is linked to one Google account, a different Google account with the same email can't sign in to it: "This email is linked to a different Google account". Sign in with the original Google account or with the email link.
Staying signed in and signing out
You stay signed in on that browser for up to 30 days of inactivity; Peki refreshes your session in the background while you use it. Several tabs at once are fine.
To sign out, open the agent switcher at the bottom of the sidebar and click Sign out next to your email. That ends the session on this browser.
Early access and the waiting list
While Peki opens by invitation, the sign-in page is titled Early access: "Peki is opening by invitation. Already have an account? Sign in. New here? Continue and we'll add your request to the waiting list."
What happens when you sign in:
| You are | What happens |
|---|---|
| An existing user | You sign in as usual. |
| New, and a teammate already invited your email to their workspace | You get in right away and join that workspace. |
| New, with no invitation | Your request is saved and you see a Thanks page: "Your request is in." No workspace is created yet. |
When your access is ready, we write to the email you signed up with. Sign in again with the same account and you go straight in. There is nothing else to do in the meantime.
The fastest way to bring a colleague in during early access is to invite them to your workspace from Settings → Members. An invited person skips the waiting list.
Your first workspace (onboarding)
The first time you get in without any workspace, Peki shows Set up your workspace (Step 1 of 2):
- Workspace name: up to 80 characters, for example "Smile Dental".
- Language: English or Türkçe. This is the workspace's default language.
- Currency: USD, EUR or TRY. It starts as TRY if you're using Peki in Turkish, USD otherwise.
- Click Create workspace.
Step 2 is the New agent page, where you build your first agent with the Copilot or start empty. See the Quickstart.
You become the workspace's Owner. The workspace starts on the Free plan. If it's the first workspace you've ever created, it also gets 500 free credits. Free credits come once per person: workspaces you create later start with no credits.
Creating more workspaces
A workspace is a separate space with its own agents, channels, team, keys and credits. Create another one when you need full separation, for example one per client or per brand.
- Open the agent switcher at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click Switch to see your workspaces.
- Click New workspace.
- Enter a Workspace name, pick a Default language and click Create workspace.
Peki switches to the new workspace and opens its New agent page. The currency is set from the language: TRY for Turkish, USD for English.
Switching workspaces and agents
The agent switcher sits at the bottom of the sidebar and shows the current agent. Open it by clicking it, or press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux) from anywhere in Peki.
In the switcher you can:
- Search agents in the current workspace. Type a name, use the arrow keys and press Enter to open one. Each agent shows its status: Live or Draft.
- Click New agent (with Copilot) to start a new agent.
- Open Agent settings for the current agent.
- Click Switch to list your workspaces. The active one is marked Active and shows its plan and credit balance; the others show your role there. Click one to switch. Click Agents to go back.
- Sign out.
Peki remembers your current workspace on this browser.
Workspace settings
Settings has these sections:
| Section | What's there | Who can change it |
|---|---|---|
| Workspace | Name and Default language. Also Delete workspace. | Admins and owners. Only owners can delete. |
| Members | Who can work in this workspace and their roles. | Admins and owners |
| API keys | Keys for calling the Peki API from your own systems. | Admins and owners |
| Secrets | API keys your tools use, encrypted. | Editors and up can see; admins manage |
| Business hours | Timezone and weekly opening windows. | Admins and owners |
| Variables | Values you use as {{name}} in prompt blocks. | Editors and up |
| Usage | What used your credits. | Admins and owners |
| Plan & credits | Your plan, balance and history. | Admins and owners |
The Default language is used for texts the agent writes before it knows the customer's language. The Copilot also talks to you in the workspace language until you write in another one.
The Timezone defaults to Europe/Istanbul. Change it under Business hours if your business is elsewhere: schedules, business hours and "used this month" all follow it.
See Workspace settings and Business hours.
Deleting a workspace
Owners can delete a workspace from Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace. You type the workspace name to confirm.
This permanently deletes the workspace and everything in it: agents, conversations, customers, knowledge, channels, automations, secrets and API keys. Its agents stop answering at once, its channels and API keys stop working, and all of its data is deleted for every member. This can't be undone.
Members and invitations
Admins and owners invite people from Settings → Members:
- Enter the person's Email.
- Choose a Role.
- Click Invite.
They get an email "You're invited to your workspace on Peki". If they already have a Peki account, they're added right away. If not, they show as Invited — joins on first sign-in and join the moment they sign in with that same email address, by email link or Google.
Rules to know:
- Only owners can invite, promote or remove owners.
- A workspace always needs at least one owner.
- Inviting an email that is already a member or invited fails with "Already a member or invited".
- Removing someone takes away their access right away. Role changes also apply right away, on their next action.
See Members and roles.
Roles at a glance
Each role can do everything the roles before it can.
| Role | In short |
|---|---|
| Viewer | Read only. |
| Operator | Answers in the Inbox. |
| Editor | Builds agents: draft, Copilot, tests, publishing, channels, automations. |
| Admin | Members, keys and settings. |
| Owner | Everything, including other owners and deleting the workspace. |
If you open something your role can't change, Peki shows it read only, for example "Read only — editors can change this agent".
Language and theme
Two preferences sit at the bottom of the sidebar (in the menu on a phone):
- Theme: Light, Dark or System. System follows your device's setting and switches when it does.
- Language: EN or TR switches the whole Peki interface between English and Turkish.
Both are saved in this browser, so you can use different settings on different computers. They don't change anything for your teammates or your customers.
The interface language is your personal choice. Your agents answer each customer in the customer's language, following their instructions. The workspace's Default language is a separate, shared setting.
